Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
To start a return, contact us at bohoapplesnaps@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
